Kentağ Fiber began in Ankara in 2008 as a small business managing shared cable TV for a few apartment buildings. We laid our first fibre lines in 2013 and in 2018 moved all new investment to fibre-to-the-home (FTTH). Today our own network passing 2.1 million homes in 12 provinces serves 340,000 subscribers.

Why our own network?

Providers that lease another operator's lines have limited control over speed and fault times. Because we manage the whole chain from cable to modem, we can guarantee our promise to the subscriber end to end.

We lay roughly 1,100 km of new fibre a year, and 260 of our 480 staff work on field installation and repair. Our call centre operates 24/7; our customer satisfaction score was 86 out of 100 in 2025.

Our head office is in Çankaya, Ankara. We have regional offices in Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa and Kocaeli and ten sales points. Our services are provided within the framework of electronic communications legislation and the regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority.
